The presenter for our July 15 Business Series Workshop: Social Media Marketing will be Christine Gritmon of Christine Gritmon Inc.

We'll go through the basics of each major social media platform to figure out where you do - and don't - need to be, and how to best gain traction on each one. We'll also discuss simple content strategies and sure-fire engagement tactics to increase your relevant local audience without taking a ton of time away from your business.

2020 Business Series Presented By PNC

Even Downtown York’s creative business owners need to stay on the cutting edge.

That’s why Downtown Inc has partnered with PNC for a series of workshops that help merchants keep up to date on best practices for customer service, social media and more. After expanding in 2019, the Business Series will enjoy another full schedule in 2020, thanks to the support of PNC.

Until further notice, all Business Series Workshop events will be held virtually, 8:30 a.m.-9:30 a.m., the third Wednesday of every month.

Business Series events are FREE and open to the public, though RSVPs are required. Click on the title of the program you wish to attend to RSVP. While geared toward downtown businesses, anyone is welcome to attend.
